An Energy Conservation Program (ECP) is an integrated program aimed at achieving sustainable utilities costs savings across all related functions. An ECP is focused in a number of management areas: 1) data, 2) usage, 3) supply, 4) infrastructure, and, if applicable, 5) risk.
Data management includes the proper administration of billing services • (late payments / accuracy), analytics (load profiling, CMAT, M&V, forecasting),
alerting & repose protocols, and establishing building signatures.
Usage management includes energy conservations measures / projects, • auditing, operational procedures & practices, control / monitoring systems, and awareness & training.
Supply management includes commodity procurement (e.g., aggrega•
