Retro Commissioning and Forensic Investigation.

Union & Oakridge are ~180 bed each continued care senior housing complexes that contain all of the facilities functions and amenities that a student housing project contains: units, lounges, fitness, pool, commercial kitchen, reception, laundry, and others. RD³ was engaged shortly after occupancy to conduct retro-commissioning due to the myriad of problems that the various systems and equipment were having causing serious operational disruption.
