Madi Phelps & Treyna Alvarado

Logistics / Scheduling – Madi and Treya bring extensive scheduling and logistics experience, with more than 25 years of combined expertise. They help keep everything running smoothly by coordinating technicians, managing shifting priorities, supporting communication between the field and the office, and making sure the right resources are in the right place at the right time. Their work is a major reason the team stays organized, responsive, and able to deliver a high level of service to clients.

Micah Glinski

Director of Facilities Services – Micah Glinski is the Director of Facilities Services at RD3, Inc., leading facilities maintenance and service delivery for RD3’s facilities solutions accounts. He brings more than 10 years of experience in operations, customer service, team leadership, and hands-on technical work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. Micah is known for his solution-oriented approach, strong team leadership, and focus on delivering reliable service and operational results.

Tamra Koch

Director of Accounting Services. Tamra Koch serves as Director of Accounting Services, bringing deep experience in financial management, reporting, and operational accounting. She oversees invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial controls, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accountability across all projects. Tamra’s attention to detail and process-driven approach provide the financial clarity and discipline that support strong decision-making and overall operational performance.

Jesse Dieter

Lead Technician – Jesse serves as Lead Technician at RD3, bringing broad hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, general repairs, and preventive maintenance. His background includes apartment maintenance, renovations, boiler and pump operations, inventory management, and team support, giving him a strong foundation for leading field work and solving problems efficiently. Jesse is known for his practical skill set, dependable execution, and ability to help keep properties operating safely and smoothly.
