RD3, Inc. (dba RD3 Sustainable, Facilities and Commissioning Solutions), was established in 2007 as a woman owned business enterprise (WBE) to serve the owners and operators of facilities and real property. RD3 is an integrated facilities management consulting firm, primarily providing commissioning services with extended support to development and facilities management functions on various types of buildings with a wide range of systems and equipment. We specialize in commissioning services which accounts for the majority of our work that we perform serving clients throughout the USA with a number of clients with national portfolios in more than 47 states. The support services we provide to buildings and portfolios range from small retail sites, critical environments, to extremely large RE portfolios in excess of 20,000,000 square feet.
The RD3 commissioning team is comprised of seasoned professionals that have successfully developed, designed and completed commissioning projects for a wide range of building and systems types including: hospitals, healthcare, labs, computer IT server facilities, critical environments, K-12 schools, higher education, government facilities, commercial buildings, high rise buildings, recreational facilities, multifamily complexes, senior assisted living, senior continued care campuses, retail and industrial buildings.
