Project manager for services for numerous facilities over 300,000 square feet. Experience includes hospitals, classroom facilities, laboratories, and pharmacies.
Amanda Lum
Logistics / Scheduling – Amanda has an extensive background in scheduling and logistics over the past 15 years. Ms. Lum heads up all GSA related elevator scheduling for RD3. Additionally, Ms. Lum is part of the Quality Control lead team for all report reviews.
Kyle Phelps
Facilities Maintenance Manager – Kyle currently is the head of facilities maintenance and services for the RD3 residential accounts. Mr. Phelps is a Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) and Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC). Mr. Phelps has years of experience in combined facility, construction and maintenance management providing strong leadership in the quality completion of work and meeting client expectations.

Project Manager – Javier currently is a Project Manager with the RD3 facilities solution department supporting and responsible for various cross-functional aspects of the facilities, maintenance, and assessment teams. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and ASTM PCA ASTM E2018-15 certification.
