RD3 is a small woman owned business enterprise (SBE/ WBE / WOSB) that is a GSA Contractor (Schedule 03FAC – Contract #GS-21F-0134X and Schedule IT-70 – Contract #GS-35F-078CA).

We work across most industry segments and types of organizations small-to-mid size private enterprises, federal and state-owned organizations, and large, well established household name multinationals. We create sustainable impact by helping them with their facilities across our solutions area: facilities management, energy and sustainability, (re/retro) commissioning, and mobile solutions to optimize their field workforce.

We rely on the experience, talent and knowledge of our team to drive the best solutions for our clients. We hire the best talent and we invest significant resources in building collective knowledge and in developing individuals.
