Campus Retro-Commissioning.

Microsoft has expansive buildings with numerous central plants in the Redmond and Bellevue WA area; an estimated 118 buildings 14.9million square feet.  RD³ was retained to conduct a multi-year systematic retro-commissioning of the central plants and campus buildings in a continuous commissioning program to identify issues and energy conservation measures (ECMs), prioritize ECMs, assist with funding approvals, and support the implementation.  This retro-commissioning program is in a  Puget Sound Energy Rebate Program and in its third (3^rd) consequtive year
