Campus Retro-Commissioning.

Children’s Hospital Colorado is a multi-building full service hospital, ~1,200,000 SF, in Aurora, CO.  Although the Colorado campus is only several years old and was commissioned at the time of construction it continues to have functional issues and consumes higher than benchmark level of energy.  RD³ was retained to conduct a systematic retro-commissioning of client Colorado buildings to identify issues and energy conservation measures (ECMs), prioritize ECMs, assist with funding approvals, and support the implementation of project fixes.
