New Construction Commissioning with LEED Silver Certification.

Asbury Green is a 355 bed student housing (targeted to post-grad students) project at the University of Denver (DU), Denver, Colorado. Asbury Green, a LEED® GOLD Certified construction project, that included Fundamental Commissioning, Enhanced Commissioning and Measurement & verification credits completed by RD³.  Asbury Green was occupied in August 2009 and commissioning services completed in January 2010.  The building is served with a four-pipe central systems with CUs and HPs in the units and spaces.
the RD³ Commissioning Team had a duel role for the owners on this project, Commissioning Authority and LEED liaison.
